Brief: Design a series of microsites and marketing materials
We were initially approached by British author, business adviser and philosopher Robert Rowland Smith to redesign his existing, dated personal site to reflect his newly released autobiography. As well as an out-of-date aesthetic, the existing site was trying to do too much by representing all of Robert’s varied interests thereby confusing users. We consolidated the content into a slick one-page site concentrating on Robert as a successful author. This allowed him to develop new and exciting ventures with accompanying websites separate to his personal site. Whilst keeping the budget modest we have now established four targeted websites to represent these interests along with stationery and other marketing elements to promote them.
